How to view Thumbnail of PDF file in Adobe Reader? So, you are wondering how to view thumnail of PDF file. Not clear enough! Wait, let me clear your doubts. Suppose you have hundreds even thousands of PDF file in your system; and some of them are not named good. You like to see what's inside the document without opening it. How will you achieve this? In this tutorial, I am trying to solve this. First open Adobe Reader. You can search from Start . Then go to Preferences from Edit . Or you can simply use the shortcut Ctrl+K . Now head to General category and check the box named "Enable PDF thumbnail previews in Windows Explorer" and click on OK from the bottom. You may need to restart explorer to see the effect.
